A legally authorized official check must come from the Virginia Department of State Police or another provider qualified for the intended use.
Accuracy of Information
Agency hours, addresses, telephone numbers, charges, and request procedures can change. Court and law-enforcement databases also receive later entries and corrections. Although the material is reviewed for usefulness, Loudoun County Criminal History cannot guarantee that each detail remains complete or current. Confirm instructions with the responsible office before visiting a counter, mailing a form, or paying a fee.
An Arrest Is Not a Conviction
A booking or arrest does not establish guilt. A prosecutor may decline or change a charge, and a court may dismiss it or enter a result favorable to the accused. Later amendment, sealing, or expungement can also make an older copy incomplete. Check the disposition with the Loudoun court, the arresting agency, and the Virginia State Police Central Criminal Records Exchange when the statewide history is at issue.
A search result is a lead, not a judgment. The office that created the record must confirm its current contents and public availability.
Verify With the Official Source
Website content is not an official record. Verify a Loudoun court date with the clerk, possible warrant information with the issuing court or law-enforcement agency, local custody with the Adult Detention Center, and a registry entry with the Virginia Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry. The Virginia State Police CCRE is the source for its criminal-history response. Only the proper custodian can issue an official or certified copy.

It identifies official channels that hold those materials. An actual record must be searched or requested through the agency or court responsible for it.
